This privacy policy describes how MyCSA collects and uses personal data.
We use data to operate, maintain, and improve our services, and to provide customer support.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect data. For more details, contact [email protected] for internal data handling documentation.
MyCSA hosts and operates software for customers but does not own or appropriate customer data. All data stored in a customer's databases (including internal records, logs, customer lists, and business data) is the responsibility of that customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and consents to store and process that data and for complying with applicable laws (including data protection, privacy, and communications laws).
MyCSA does not collect or harvest a customer's internal data for any purpose other than to provide and support the services agreed with that customer (for example: troubleshooting, backups, or billing). Each customer receives and manages its own separate database instance(s) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where MyCSA is processing personal data on behalf of a customer, such processing is governed by the customer contract and, where applicable, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Contact [email protected] to request our DPA or for questions about how we handle customer data.
