Founded in 2021 by Edward Ralph to solve real operational problems encountered while working with FedEx Ground contractors, MyCSA has grown into a focused startup delivering MyCSA ERP, MyData, and RMS solutions for contractors, EMS agencies, and volunteer organizations.

Founder Story

Edward Ralph founded MyCSA after working with FedEx Ground contractors and later serving with EMS and Midway Volunteer Fire Department. His experience with contractor operations and emergency services exposed gaps in dispatch, billing, and records workflows. Edward began building an ERP tailored to FedEx Ground Contractors and expanded the concept into the MyDATA platform used by volunteer and public-safety organizations.
