What to include

To help us investigate quickly, please include as much of the following information as you can:

• Date and time (with timezone) when you received the message
• Full email headers (including Received headers) if available
• The sender address and recipient address(es)
• Subject line and a copy of the message body (or screenshots)
• Any message ID, campaign ID, or tracking ID you see
• IP addresses or domain names involved (if available)

What we do

We will acknowledge receipt and investigate. If we confirm a policy violation or abuse, we may suspend accounts, block sending domains, or take other remedial actions. We will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and regulators.

If you need immediate assistance with an ongoing security incident, include "URGENT" in the subject line of your email and we will prioritize the report.
