These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyCSA products and services. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
Customers must not use MyCSA services to send unsolicited commercial email, spam, or messages that violate applicable laws. Sending to harvested lists, purchased lists, or recipients without prior consent is prohibited. Users must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR consent requirements, CASL, and similar local regulations).
If you use MyCSA services to send email, you are responsible for configuring proper email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) on your sending domains. Messages must not attempt to obscure origin or misrepresent senders. See our SPF / DKIM / DMARC Guide for example DNS records and verification steps.
MyCSA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or illegal activity. To report abuse, spam, or legal concerns, contact us at [email protected] or submit required details via our Report Abuse page. We will investigate reports promptly and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Customers retain ownership of their data. See our Privacy Policy for details about how customer data is handled. MyCSA does not appropriate or commercialize customer internal data.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. Termination will not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCSA's liability is limited to direct damages up to the amounts paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MyCSA's jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
